The Bureau of Child
Support Services assists custodial parents and their children to
locate absent parents, establish paternity, obtain support for
their children, and enforce the terms of the Family Court / Supreme
Court orders of support.

those hours and follow the telephone prompts.
If you are ordered to make support payments and want to file a
petition or check on a court date you should call the Onondaga
County Family Court at (315) 671-2000.
If you want to check on payment amounts, payment dates, or the
dates child support checks were mailed, you should call the New
York State Child Support Information Line at 1-800-846-0773. This
number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You
will need to provide your Social Security Number and Personal
Identification Number (PIN) to access information.
