The mission of the Department of Facilities Management is to
provide:
• Maintenance, cleaning and Security Services
for the facilities
under our jurisdiction
• Capital Development
• Space Management
• Energy Conservation
• HVAC systems operations and services
• Management of the District Heating and
Cooling Plant
• Compliance with Federal, State and local
mandates/codes
• Coordination of the recycling program
• Coordination of Central Mail and Courier
