Celebration Picnic or BBQ at 6:00 PM
The Wheel-a-Thon raises awareness for the nutritional needs of the elderly and disabled in our community, and offers people a chance to support nine area Meals on Wheels programs while enjoying a fun, outdoor, family-oriented event:

Baldwinsville MOW serving:
Towns of Lysander and Van Buren;Town of Clay north of John Glenn Blvd.
East Syracuse MOW serving:
East Syracuse and Minoa
ECHO MOW serving:
West Camillus, Geddes, Marcellus, Onondaga and Solvay
FM/JD Area MOW serving:
Bridgeport, DeWitt, Fayetteville, Jamesville, Kirkville, Manlius, Pompey
Jordan Elbridge MOW serving:
Town of Elbridge
Kosher MOW serving:
Those who require Kosher meals throughout the area
MOW of Syracuse serving:
City of Syracuse, Brewerton, Lafayette and Tully
Native American Service Agency serving:
Native Elders in Syracuse and on Onondaga Reservation
North Area MOW serving:
Cicero & North Syracuse school district; Town of Clay south of John Glenn Blvd.
Skaneateles MOW serving:
Town of Skaneateles
Onondaga Elders serving:
All programs
The Wheel-a-Thon encourages participants to use almost any form of non-motorized transportation – skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, strollers, wheelchairs or wagons – or simply walk any or all of the 5K course.
Recruit a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker or anyone to “wheel” with you and help us to raise awareness and funds to continue our services.
