SYRACUSE ---Onondaga County Public Library's Beauchamp Branch will be closed for the installation of a central air-conditioning system from Monday, May 19 through Saturday, June 21. Beauchamp will reopen at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 23.
A central air-conditioning system for Beauchamp Branch Library was a capital improvement recommended by Onondaga County Executive Nicholas J. Pirro.
Beauchamp Branch is located at 2111 South Salina St. Community residents are encouraged to visit neighboring libraries, including Central Library, The Galleries of Syracuse, 447 S. Salina St. (hours: M, Th, F, Sat. 9 – 5; T, W 9 – 8:30); Southwest Community Center Library, 401 South Ave. (hours: M, T, Th 10 – 5; F 9 – 4; Sat. 9 – 12); Betts Branch, 4862 S. Salina St. (hours: Sun., T, Th, F, Sat. 9 – 5; M, W 9 – 9).
