SALARY:	¤ Probationary rate for 1st year - $ 23,407 ¤ Upon completion of 1 year - $ 25,807 (max rate)
VACATION:	During your first year of employment, you may apply to use up to 5 days of your first year's entitlement after completion of 6 months of continuous service. Year of Anniversary Date Days of Vacation (per year) 1st - 4th 11 5th - 9th 16 10th - 14th 17 15th 21 16th and thereafter 22
PERSONAL LEAVE:	3 Personal Leave days each year, after completion of 1 full year of continuous service
HOLIDAYS:	12 paid holidays each year
HEALTH & DENTAL:	A choice of select HMO's for individual or family coverage:     ¤ Monthly health plan contribution ranges:         ¤ $38.98 - $228.78 (individual)         ¤ $96.20 - $645.78 (family).     ¤ Monthly dental plan contribution ranges:         ¤ $9.08 (individual) to $25.76 (family).
SICK LEAVE:	Sick leave credits are earned at the rate of 3.08 hours per pay period (26 pay periods per year). (*Sick leave may not be used until completion of three months of continuous service.)
RETIREMENT:	Article 15 Retirement You are required to contribute 3% of your gross earnings toward your retirement benefits, until the completion of 10 years of continuous service, at which time the contribution is waived. You can retire at the age of 55.
