SALARY:	¤ Probationary rate for 1st year - $ 39,043 ¤ Upon completion of 1 year - $ 45,953 ¤ Current top salary - $ 51,194 ¤ Pay increases after 2, 4, and 7 years of service
VACATION:	During your first year of employment, you may apply to use up to 5 days of your first year's entitlement after completion of 6 months of continuous service. Year of Anniversary Date Days of Vacation (per year) 1st - 4th 11 5th - 9th 16 10th - 14th 17 15th 21 16th and thereafter 22
PERSONAL LEAVE:	3 Personal Leave days each year, after completion of 1 full year of continuous service

SICK LEAVE:	Sick leave credits are earned at the rate of 3.08 hours per pay period (26 pay periods per year). (*Sick leave may not be used until completion of three months of continuous service.)
RETIREMENT:	NYS Retirement Plan, 25 years You are required to contribute 3% of your gross earnings toward your retirement benefits, until the completion of 10 years of continuous service, at which time the contribution is waived.
