Recognition of WEP employees

2007 marked the fifteenth year that WEP has recognized employees for outstanding service. A formal ceremony, hosted by Commissioner Randy Ott and former County Executive Nicholas Pirro, was held in December to recognize the accomplishments of fourteen employees that earned awards for 2007. Along with receiving an individual plaque, each recipient's name is engraved on a perpetual plaque that is displayed in the front lobby of the Metro Administration Building. For 2007, the recipient under each respective award category was as follows:
