Rowley will join Oneida City School District as Assistant Superintendent for Finance

Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney announced today that Chief Fiscal Officer Jim Rowley will be leaving his position in July to accept a position as Assistant Superintendent for Finance with the Oneida City School District.

“Jim did an extraordinary job during the most difficult financial times in our County’s history”, said Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney. “His insight and knowledge will truly be missed.”
