Effective immediately, the NYDocSubmit App will be the main way to submit documentation for Temporary Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, and Medicaid. If you are unable to access the app, you can send documentation via fax, postal mail, or MyBenefits.gov.
We will no longer be accepting documents by email.

You can access NYDocSubmit via the Apple App Store and Google Play App Store for free.
