Base salary is $13.94 - $16.83 (2009 contract rate) per hour (depending on experience) plus premiums such as shift differential and charge pay and benefits such as health and dental benefits, paid leaves (vacation, personal leave, sick leave,) 12 holidays per year, long-term disability insurance, membership in the New York State Retirement System, deferred compensation, flexible spending plans, Credit Union, free parking, no mandatory overtime.
