The Auxiliary to the Onondaga County Health Department provides financial and volunteer support to health department programs and services. As a not for profit 501c3, the Auxilary has the ability to provide small donations to assist the department in purchasing toys for clinic waiting rooms, colonoscopy prep kits for low income Cancer Services patients, refreshments for meetings and other items as identified. The auxiliary provides volunteer support as needed by the department for large and small projects including flu, rabies and blood pressure clinics, surveys, etc.
