Onondaga County has established a Medicaid Fraud Hotline. Employees and individuals can report suspected fraud by calling the Hotline at (315) 435-3330.
Please call the hotline if you believe that a person or organization is defrauding the government. You may choose to leave contact information or complaints will be accepted anonymously.
