The Onondaga County Department of Long Term Care consists of two departments. Our Community Service Division, and our Long Term Care Facility, Van Duyn. We are located atop scenic Onondaga Hill boasting a beautiful wooded setting and view of the city, paved walking trails and picnic areas that our residents, staff and family members can all enjoy.
