Lead Poision Control Program

This program provides lead screening and follow-up tests for lead poisoning. The Health Department monitors the records of all lead testing conducted in Onondaga County to ensure appropriate medical follow-up. Referrals for environmental and nursing visits are provided when indicated. Community education programs and literature are available upon request. Blood lead testing is available by appointment.
