Question 1: Is your property in Onondaga County? Question 2: Is your property in the Skaneateles Lake watershed or near the Seneca River between the Cross Lake outlet and Klein Island? Question 3: Do you currently have a substandard septic system or a system in failure? If you answered yes to all three of these questions, you may qualify for a grant from New York State to help defray replacement costs. Simply fill out this application and submit it to the Onondaga County Health Department to find out if you are eligible.
