Session 1: ONLINE Pre-bidding


BEGINS - Monday, October 26th (9am)

ENDS - Sunday, November 8th (5pm)


During Session 1, bids will be received ONLINE at www.brzostek.com in preparation for Session 2.




Session 2: ONLINE Virtual-Live Auction


SINGLE DAY - Monday, November 9th (9am till bidding ends)


Session 2 is a Virtual-Live Auction and will commence at 9:00am on November 9th, 2020 at www.brzostek.com.

Parcels will be auctioned alphabetically by town name, then numerically by tax map number.

The minimum bid/opening bid or each parcel will be the highest bid received online during Session 1.

Bidders cannot enter onto or into ANY property before deeds are filed (allow time for processing after close of auction).

  • Registrants CANNOT have any delinquent taxes on properties owned by the registrant,
  • members of their household, and/or their business
  • Valid, Government-Issued Photo ID for each registrant to be named on the

deed (e.g. Driver's License, State ID, Passport)

  • Social Security Number
  • Business paperwork and Employer Identification Number (if registering a business)


If the Registrant is a Winning Bidder, the following is required for EACH winning bid. 


  • Completed Online Registration through Brzostek
  • A minimum down payment at the time of closing:

$10,000.00 charged to the Bidder's Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)


  • For bids totaling under $10,000.00, payment in full is due at closing during Session 2
  • Balance for bids totaling over $10,000.00 is payable in certified funds or personal/business check
  • PAYMENT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - by 3pm Thursday, November 19th.
