The Equity and Inclusion division's work focuses on supporting staff, community partners, and community initiatives to ensure that there is equity in outcomes across our system of care (child welfare, mental health, juvenile justicce, school-based initiative, youth development), and all youth and families get the support they need in order to be successful.  Key initiatives of this division include training and support for issues relating to race and equity, and developing policies and procedures so that individuals and communitites feel included in our system of care.
