SNAP-Ed NY - 10 Tips for Adults Workshop Series

Are you interested in learning how to make healthy, budget-friendly choices to improve your nutrition and overall health? SNAP-Ed is a statewide program that teaches people how to shop for and cook healthy meals on a limited budget. SNAP-Ed workshops are held at accessible sites across Onondaga, Oneida, Chenango, and Madison Counties. Our curriculum currently offers the 10 Tips for Adults workshop series. The workshops include a recipe demonstration and taste testing, group activities, physical activity, and nutrition tips. Join us for interactive and informative classes at a location near you!

If you would like to schedule a series for your group or participate in these workshops, please contact Christine Hebert at 315.435.2362 X4618.
